The Paris Administrative Court has ordered France to re-examine the repatriation requests for 29 French children of jihadists and their mothers detained in Syrian camps since 2019. This decision follows the French government's previous refusals, prompting legal action from families and collectives concerned about the children's vulnerability. Advocates are calling for the immediate return of these children, while acknowledging over 100 French children and 50 women remain in Syrian detention.
